With my BlackBerry to determind golf course yardage?
I have a BlackBerry tour and was wondering if there is a way to take advantage of the opportunities to GPS Determine golf course yardage. I want to be able to walk a course, go to key locations, press a button, then on to walk the green Key, and press the other birdie, and of course, the many times do for several holes. Any way to do this without buying a rangefinder? My buddy has one, they tend to get far too many different objects, the background give the wrong birdie. Thank you! Sorry for typo! I know, some very clear!
You might be better served looking for a golf-specific GPS App. Rangefinders are very accurate (more than GPS, with a yard or so), but You need a steady hand to shoot at the flag pole.
